In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product may be returned unused and undamaged in its original undamaged packing within 7 days of delivery for whatever reason. Important - please note however that any despatch costs incurred by us will be deducted from refunds issued. 

Defective items will be replaced by ourselves or the manufacturers as appropriate and will be free of despatch costs to the customer. Please contact us for a returns reference before returning any item.
