Delivery information

We deliver to the entire UK and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver outside these countries.

Standard Delivery: On receipt of your order we will despatch your goods on the same day whenever possible. Our prices include delivery costs on all products to mainland UK & the Isle of Wight (the entire UK for some products) and we use varying despatch methods dependent on the products concerned. Delivery times will be between 2 - 5 working days following your order. Please refer to the information below for further details on UK coverage.

If an item is out of stock and we are unable to supply you within 5 working days, we will notify you and advise of the expected despatch date before processing your order.

*Some areas in Scotland may be subject to an extended delivery time of up to 1 working day later than normal, see list at bottom of page.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Offshore UK

Please note smaller parcels weighing less than 1kg are still delivered FREE to all UK postcodes (not Republic of Ireland). Additional delivery costs are only applicable to larger items, ie Dog Ramps, Dog Beds and Dog Crates, etc (see price guide below), these items may also be excluded from our Express Delivery service.

• Scilly Isles - Small parcels FREE, Large parcels £12.50.
  
• Scottish Highlands/Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey - Small parcels FREE, Large parcels £12.50.
  
• Republic of Ireland - £4.50 - £15.00 depending on parcel weight/size. (will be calculated automatically when ordering)
